As another year of my practice is coming to an end, I find myself looking ahead to 2016. One of my professional goals is to connect with as many effective teaching practitioners as possible. Over the years I have discovered that we all have amazing ideas and experiences to share and, in the long run, can all be better at what we do when we collaborate with one another. We all know the benefits of sharing our ideas!
